Manel Antelo

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). My research interests deal with the analysis of the economic behavior and performance in environments of asymmetric information, the outcome of transactions executed by means of mechanisms other than the organized market, and the economics of natural resources. In this framework, I mainly focus on the transfer of technology between its owner and potential users, the relationship between suppliers and final producers in vertical industries, and on the analysis of fisheries and the valuation of marine ecosystem services.
