Con experiencia en planificación espacial mariña, traballa para combinar os campos da xeografía e os servizos dos ecosistemas para empoderar aos planificadores, xestores e profesionais dos recursos costeiros. Os intereses de investigación de Gregg inclúen a conservación de ecosistemas e especies, o manexo de zonas costeiras, e o apoio á toma de decisións utilizando datos de observación da terra, aprendizaxe automática, visualización de datos, serious games e narración interactiva.
