In the field of\ntechnology transfer, our goal is to understand the optimal structure of\npayments and the optimal duration of licensing agreements, as well as the\nbreadth of the dissemination process, which should be designed by the patent\nholder when cannot market the innovation for itself and is forced to transfer\nit to users capable of producing with it.
