I\nam PhD. In Economics by Universtity Carlos III (Madrid, Spain) and previously I\nhave been Assistant Professor in this same university and in University of Vigo\n(Spain). I have also been researcher in CEPREMAP (Par\u00eds, Francia) and I enjoyed\nof a Marie Curie Research Grant of the European Union. My research focused\non the effects of technical change on productivity, employment and income\ndistribution and on the relationship between institutions and economic\nperformance.
